Orders & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Many of our pieces are made to order, including candles, fine art prints, and poster prints. This allows us to focus on quality and reduce waste. Please allow a little extra time for dispatch, especially during busy periods. Exact delivery timings will be shown at checkout.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we ship to many destinations worldwide. Shipping options and prices will appear at checkout based on your location.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely. Many of our products are chosen as gifts, and each order is packed in our signature studio style. If you’re sending directly to someone special, simply enter their address at checkout.
Products & Materials
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in Whitstable and produced in small runs. Candles and home fragrance are handcrafted in the UK, while prints and artworks are created using carefully selected specialist suppliers.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some pieces return, while others are created as one-off or limited releases. If something you love is out of stock, we recommend joining our mailing list to hear about new collections and restocks.
Are your artworks limited edition?
Many of our prints and artworks are produced in limited editions or small batches. This helps preserve their character and keeps each piece feeling special.

Are your products inspired by Whitstable?
Yes. Many of our fragrances, artworks, and objects are rooted in the atmosphere, colours, and pace of life by the sea. Whitstable continues to shape the studio’s identity and creative direction.
Trade, Press & Collaborations
I’m a shop, hotel, or interior designer. How can I stock your products?
We work with selected retail and hospitality partners. To request access to our trade information, please fill in the contact form or register for trade access on the website. We offer low minimum order quantities and curated collections suitable for a range of spaces.
Do you offer event or corporate gifting?
We offer thoughtful gifting options for events, client gifts, and special occasions. If you’re planning something and would like to include LRM Studio pieces, we’d love to hear from you.
Do you offer bespoke commissions?
Yes. Lauren occasionally accepts bespoke art commissions and special projects for private clients, interiors, and commercial spaces. Please get in touch with a brief outline of your enquiry.
Do you work with influencers or collaborate with other brands?
We’re always open to connecting with creators, stylists, and female-led businesses who feel aligned with the studio. If you’d like to collaborate, feel free to send a short introduction and links to your work. We review all enquiries and reach out when the timing feels right.
