After studying Fine Art (Painting) at the University of the Arts London, Wimbledon College of Arts, Lauren built an entirely different career in London’s property industry, spending more than a decade selling some of the capital’s finest homes. During that time she sold millions of pounds worth of property, achieved record prices per square foot in Islington and led successful residential sales offices across London.

Although property became her profession, art never stopped being her purpose.

In 2014, while still working full-time in property, Lauren founded Lola & Darcy, creating hand-poured home fragrances inspired by memories, places and storytelling. What began as a passion project grew into a brand whose collections found homes across the United Kingdom, Australia and America, with candles becoming favourites among thousands of customers.

Years later those two worlds finally came together.

Today, The LRM Studio is a multidisciplinary creative company built around one belief: beautiful design changes how people feel.

Original paintings sit alongside limited-edition prints, home fragrance, thoughtfully designed objects and seasonal collections, each connected by the same quiet aesthetic.

Alongside the collections, the studio also works with private clients, property developers, hospitality businesses, restaurants and independent brands, creating artwork, interiors, branding, websites and visual identities that help businesses become instantly memorable.
